Sm. square 4to., orig. green cloth with a pictorial paper panel (illustration by Lankes) on the upper board, (xx), (60)pp. (with pp. 1-57 printed on the rectos only). With a woodcut by Lankes on each page of text. Some rubbing to the spine but certainly a better than very good copy.
