Toronto: The Copp Clark Co., Limited Publishers, (1908). First Canadian edition. Small 4to., original blue cloth with a large pictorial paper panel on the upper cover, 256, (1)pp. With 16 full page illustrations in colour. Slight edge wear to a couple of the plates, some light rubbing and very minor soiling to spine and rear board, but this is in fact a better than very good but not quite near fine copy of the scarce Canadian edition. Hinke p.24, Hanff Greene p. 54 citing the US edition.
