Chapter one deals with bear, wolf, fox, wolverine, and otter; chapter two with hare, rabbit, lynx, beaver, squirrel; chapter three deals with moose and elk; chapter four with caribou; chapter five deals with forest birds; chapter six deals with pigeons, wild turkey, grouse, quail; chapter seven with woodcock, snipe and curlew; chapter eight deals with other kinds of wildfowl; the last three chapters pp.245-326 deals with fish.
